TRAFFIC LIGHT OUT AT SCENE OF FATAL ACCIDENT
SPENCERPORT, NEW YORK (May 10, 2017) – A fatal accident involving a car at Route 31 and Union Street left one person dead after the driver suffered a medical condition. It appears that the light at the intersection may have been out. If the light contributed to the accident, then the city may bear some responsibility for the accident. Authorities are saying that the victim may have suffered a medical emergency. The crash remains under investigation.
